In this course you will get a taste of the basics of sea kayaking, and a chance to discover a new passion.
Upon completion of this course you will receive a “våtkort” (certification from the Norwegian Paddle Association) with an “introkurs sticker”

- warm wool underwear, beanie and socks
- 1 set of spare clothes

- 14 years old together with a parent
- 16 years old possible alone
COUSE CONTENT
- Introduction to seakayak and safety
- Lifting, carrying and launching the kayak
- Correct sitting position and basic paddling technique
- forward paddling
- Reverse paddling and stopping
- Turning the kayak
- Wet exits
