Terms and Conditions – Senja Wild AS – Senjawild.com

Insurance

Every client is required to have their own travel and accident insurance. Please ensure your insurance covers potential rescues from wilderness areas above the Arctic Circle.

Booking and Payment

Bookings made directly through our website via FareHarbor require full online payment, confirming your tour immediately. For requests and bookings via email, we send an invoice or payment link, and the booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@senjawild.com.

  • Up to 7 days before the start: 20% administrative fee
  • 7 days to 48 hours before the start: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the start: No refund.

If Senja Wild cancels the tour/course, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for third-party expenses or consequences arising from delays, illness, weather, or events beyond our control.

Liability and Responsibility

  • Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal items. Senja Wild is not liable for loss or damage to belongings or valuables.
  • Equipment Use: Customers are responsible for equipment loaned from Senja Wild and must cover any loss or damage while in their care.
  • Compliance: Adherence to all regulations and guidelines provided by Senja Wild is required. Customers must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
  • Safety and Risks: Senja Wild prioritizes safety but acknowledges that outdoor activities, including kayaking, carry inherent risks. Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
  • Medical Conditions: Customers must disclose any disabilities, illnesses, or allergies at the time of booking. This information will be treated confidentially.
  • Complaints: Immediate concerns should be addressed with the guide. Written complaints must be submitted within two weeks of the tour’s end.
